Add the chia seeds and the filtered water into a re-sealable container. (If you use tap water the chia seeds might absorb the extra unpleasurable flavors found in it while it hidrates.) Seal the container and shake to prevent clumping then let it rest for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
Place the papaya, peaches and turmeric in a blender. Pour water, the juice of half a lemon and add the ice then blend until you get a thick but uniform consistency.
Prepare the chia gel first since it needs 15 minutes to hidrate. Then, In a glass, add two tablespoons of the chia gel at the bottom and top off with the thick papaya and peach juice. Place in the freezer for 10 min. and scoop up to take in the flavor of the juice and texture of the chia.
