Start With

  • 3/4 greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 2 scoops of chia seeds


Soak the chia seeds in the honey and let them hydrate for about 10 min. to 15 min. This will change the texture of the chia so we suggest you play around with it until you find your favorite version. Mix the honey into the yogurt and add the toppings of your liking, mixing and matching to suite your appetite and options of the day.

  • You can use instant oatmeal or rolled oats that you let soak in the yogurt to soften a bit.

  • Get creative with it; add other ingredients or your powedered supplements would go well, too.

Challenge Round

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 200 ml of water


To make strawberry jam you have to calculate approximately 1/3 of the strawberry's (you will be jamming) weight in water. Please note that the measurement of ingredients provided here will give you enough jam to fill approximately a quarter of a cup, enough to serve as a topping.

Anyways, place the strawberries with the water in a pot, bring to a boil and then let simmer while mixing the soon-to-be-jam continuously until all the water has evaporated. You will end up with a delicious pasty strawberry mush. Voila! Strawberry jam!
