Ingredients

  • 1 bundle of spinach (approximately what you can fit firmly in one hand, 125 – 250 grams, or ½ - 1 cup)
  • 1 beet boiled and sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • ½ kg. (Approximately 2 cups) cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 Zors Food scoops of chia seeds

DRESSING

  • Sea salt to taste
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Mild olive oil

METHOD

Prep al the vegetables and toss together or place them prettily in a bowl (your choice). Prep the dressing mix. Dress the salad seconds before serving.
