• 6 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 6 Zors Food scoops full of chia seeds
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • ½ cup delicately diced strawberries
  • 2 diced bananas


Mix the milk with the rolled oats and the chia seeds. Give them a good shake or stir to avoid clumps and let them hydrate overnight. Blend the natural yogurt with the strawberries. Serve the hydrated chia seeds and pour the yogurt and strawberry blend over it. Top off with sliced or diced strawberries (optional).
