• 1 cup cauliflower heads
  • 1 cup broccoli heads
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup (approximately 200 grs) baked beans (choose the kind of your linking)
  • 4 Zors Food Scoops of chia seeds


  • 2 Tbsp soy mayonnaise*
  • Parsley leaves to taste

    5 tablespoons soy milk • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil or mild olive oil
    Juice from ½ a lemon • Pinch of salt • 1 clove garlic (Optional)

  • *Soy Mayonnaise Preparation

    Pour soymilk in blender and gently add the oil, using the lowest speed until you get a smooth consistency.

    Add the remaining ingredients until dressing thickens.


Prep all the vegetables and mix with the type of beans you would prefer to use. Don’t forget to add the 4 scoops of chia seeds for that extra nutritional boost. Now, let’s get on with the dressing.

Dress the salad with 2 tbsp. of soy mayonnaise and add the lightly chopped parsley leaves on top for a nice decor and tasty twist. Enjoy!
